By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You may use it to learn about the church, watch services and messages, give, and get in touch with us.

What you send us

When you fill in a form, please give true and current details, and only submit information about another person (such as an emergency contact) if they are happy for you to do so.

If you agree to us sharing your testimony, you allow us to publish it, in full or edited for length, on this site, in services and on our social media. You can ask us to take it down at any time.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• Submit anything false, offensive, abusive or unlawful, or pretend to be someone else
• Send spam or use the forms for advertising
• Try to gain access to the admin area or to other people's information without permission
• Interfere with the site's security or performance, or scrape it with automated tools

Church content

Sermons, messages, articles, photos, videos, logos and other content on this site belong to Victory City Church or are used with permission. You are welcome to watch, read and share links to them for personal and ministry use. Please do not sell, re-upload or edit them, or present them as your own, without our written permission.

Giving and partnership

All gifts, tithes, offerings and Shunammite pledges are voluntary. Please check the account details carefully before you transfer. Online gifts are processed by a third-party payment provider under their own terms.

If you make a mistake with a gift, contact the church office as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

Other websites

This site links to and embeds content from other services, such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Vimeo and our payment provider. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

No guarantees

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but service times, events and other details can change, and the site may sometimes be unavailable. Please contact the church office to confirm anything important. Content on this site is for spiritual encouragement and general information, not professional medical, legal or financial advice.

As far as the law allows, Victory City Church is not liable for any loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its content.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
